To support BNI at BNI JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2019, MDD provides a platform to facilitate the Top - Up transactions and purchase of BNI TapCash Special Edition Card for Visitors.
Jakarta, March 1, 2019 - In order to facilitate thousands of visitors at BNI JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2019 concert, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (IDX: BBNI) or BNI together with PT Multidaya Dinamika (MDD), a subsidiary of PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (IDX: DIVA), collaborates in providing the top-up and purchasing service of BNI TapCash prepaid card, during the BNI JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2019 on March 1-3, 2019. BNI, as a state-owned bank institution, or SOEs companies in Indonesia is the owner of TapCash prepaid card product. Meanwhile, MDD is part of DIVA business group which is a financial technology (Fintech) company focuses on developing and integrating non-cash payments.
Asep Triono, Director of PT Multidaya Dinamika (MDD) said, "We are happy to be able to collaborate with BNI at BNI JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2019. To support our partner, BNI, we provide platform in a form of digital kiosk equipped with the Unified Payment Terminal (UPT) to facilitate the top-up transaction and purchasing of BNI TapCash prepaid card for thousands of visitors. We provide 8 digital kiosks throughout the event location, with the payment system in a form of cash or debit/credit card.
"The potential visitors is increasing every year, we hope this collaboration can facilitate the access of visitors to experience this year's BNI Java Jazz. The collaboration between us and BNI will continue going forward, the big umbrella of this collaboration is where in the future BNI will become the acquiring bank for MDD-owned devices spread across our network of SMEs partners, " Asep added.
As a company that focuses on developing and integrating non-cash payments, MDD collaborates with BNI as the acquiring banks for MDD's Unified Payment Terminal (UPT) devices distributed to the network of SMEs players. The collaboration in providing a top-up services as well as the sale of BNI prepaid cards at BNI JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2019 is the beginning and form of MDD support to BNI, where in the future the collaboration between the two will be much greater.
The General Manager of BNI E-Banking (EBK) Division Anang Fauzi said, at the BNI Java Jazz Festival 2019 event, BNI partners with MDD to use its vending machine as a way to top-up the TapCash Card deposits. Similar facility was also used for the sale of the special edition of the BNI Java Jazz Festival 2019 TapCash Card and the previous year's special edition.
"What's special this year is TapCash BNI, which has evolved into a bracelet. This bracelet is used as an entrance ticket for all BNI Java Jazz Festival 2019 visitors. TapCash Bracelet can be used for transactions such as buying food, drinks, merchandise, and buying parking vouchers at the BNI Java Jazz Festival 2019 Area. Later, if visitors want to top-up the TapCash, it can be done in MDD's vending machines spread at several points. We prepare everything as a form of BNI's commitment to continue to support the cashless movement, " concluded Anang.
