The dividend policy of the Company is as stipulated by provisions in the Articles of Association of PT Kresna Graha Investama Tbk.

Cash dividends may be paid to all shareholders at least once a year, with regard to the financial condition of the Company at a given time. The amount of such dividends shall be linked to Company net profit for the relevant fiscal year, without precluding the right of the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders to determine otherwise.
