PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA) Goes Public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)

Jakarta, November 27, 2018 - PT Kresna Sekuritas, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM), and PT Sinarmas Sekuritas as the Lead Underwriters successfully assisted PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA), a digital business converter and accelerator, to go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the share ticker code “DIVA”. PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA), a subsidiary of PT Kresna Graha Investama Tbk (KREN), has officially listed on the IDX through the Initial Public Offering (IPO). The Company released 214,285,700 (two hundred fourteen million two hundred eighty five thousand seven hundred) new shares, or equivalent to 30% (thirty percent) of the Company's paid-up capital, with a share price of Rp2,950 per share. DIVA shares jumped 13.56% from its IPO price, to Rp3,350 per share. DIVA plans to strengthen their infrastructure and expand their business networks to digitalize the MSMEs along with the Government's program.
